Apparatus Wheels and Castors

In our range of swivel castors resp. fixed castors you will always find the appropriate roller for your application. The wheels of our apparatus swivel astors and apparatus fixed castors are optionally available with plain bore or groove ball bearings.

Our apparatus wheels and apparatus castors were developped for many different applications and are therefore used in many industrial branches such as taverns/restaurants, furnitures or medical devises. In order to grant a long lifespan, our wheels and castors are produced from high-quality raw materials.

The housings of our apparatus castors are made from galvanised steel plate, our apparatus ball rollers have a chromed steel plate housing. The fork head of the swivel castors has a swivel bearing with a double ball race, the wheel axle and the housing are screwed together. The apparatus rollers are available in different sizes as swivel rollers, swivel rollers with stop, double swivel rollers, double swivel rollers with stop, fixed rollers or ball rollers.

• wheel center made from plastic, available with plain bore or ball bearings (with groove ball bearings and plastic threadguards), tyre made from thermoplastic rubber

• wheel width 18 - 32 mm
• load capacity: up to 100 kg

Apparatus Rubber Swivel Roller ("LA/..." "BA/..." and "LAS/..." "BAS/...")

• galvanised steel plate housing, swivel bearing with double ball race, wheel axle screwed together with the housing, wheel made from thermoplastic rubber with plastic rim and plain bore. Swivel castors available with mounting plate "LA/..." "BS/..."), bolt hole ("LRA/..."), threaded pin ("LZA/..."), expanding fitting("LBA/...") for round tube or square tube.

Apparatus Rubber Double Roller ("LDA/...")

• galvanised steel plate housing, swivel bearing with double ball race, wheel axle screwed together with the housing, wheels made from thermoplastic rubber, grey, with plastic rim, goove ball bearing and threadguards. Swivel castor available with mounting plate ("LDA/..."), bolt hole (LDRA/..."), threaded pin ("LDZA/...") or expanding fitting ("LDBA/...") for round tube or square tube.

• wheel width 2 x 19 mm or 2 x 22 mm
• load capacity: up to 80 kg

Expanding Fittings for Round and Square Tube

• made from high-quality plastic, black, screwing material zinced
• expanding fitting for round tube: for clamping range 17 - 31 mm
• expanding fitting for square tube: for clamping range 17 - 40 mm

Apparatus Swivel Castors with ball unit ("LA/MVKG")

• housing made from steel plate, chromed, swivel bearing with double ball race, wheel axle riveted. Solid rubber ball with plain bore. Casters are available with either bolt hole or threded pin (depending on quantity)
• ball diameter 30 - 50 mm
• load capacity: up to 40 kg
