The used tube shall bear the name "PVC hard, shock-resistant according to DIN 7784", the colour is blue, similar to RAL 5015. These rollers do not have a continuous axle, the plastic bearing covers have a ball race with steel balls and a spring-loaded plasticaxle stub. These carrying rollers are also availabe in a stainless steel version ("TKLN...FAKN...").

Plastic Carrying Rollers "TKL...GA" and "TKL...FA"

This light model off our plastic carrying rollers can be produced with either a plain axle (GA) or a spring-loaded axle (FA). The used blue tube (similar to RAL 5015) is PVC hard, shock-resistant according to DIN 7748. The axis consists of bright drawn steel ST 37 K. The plastic bearing covers have a ball race with steel balls. These Carrying rollers are also available in a stainless steel version ("TKLN...GAN..." or "TKLN...'FAN...").

Plastic Carrying Rollers "TKL...AG"

Plastic carrying rollers in a light version with external thread. The used tube shall bear the name "PVC hard, shock-resistant according to DIN 7748" and is blue coloured (similar to RAL 5015). The carrrying rollers have a thread axle (according to model axle diameters from 6 mm to 12 mm are possible) and thin nuts on both sides, the axle is zinced. The used plastic bearing covers have a ball race with steel balls. The carrying rollers are also available as stainless steel version ("TKLN...AGN...").

Plastic Carrying Rollers "TKL...IG"

Plastic  carrying rollers in a light version with internal thread. We use tube "PVC hard, shock-resistance according to DIN 7748" in blue colour (similar to RAL 5015) also for this version. The axle with internal thread (according to model and request M6 or M8) are made from bright drawn steel ST 37 K. The plastic bearing covershave a ball race with steel balls. The carrying rollers are also available as stainless steel version ("TKLN...IGN...").

Plastic Carrying Rollers "TKM50...FA", "TKM50...AG" and "TKM50...IG"

The description "TKM" stands for a medium version of the plastic carrying rollers. Used tube material is "PVC hard, shock-resistant according to DIN 7748" in blue colour (similar to RAL 5015). For this kind of carrying roller series there are different mounting possibilities: spring-loaded axle, made from bright drawn steel ST 37K (optionally with axle diameter 10 mm or 12 mm), external thread with thin nuts (zinced) or internal thread (bright drawn steel axle made from AT 37 K). All versions are equipped with plastic bearing covers with special ball bearing RL-30 with single labyrith sealing.

Steel Carrying Rollers "TSL...GA", "TSL...FA"

Steel carrying rollers in a light version, optionally with plain axle or spring-loaded axle. Used is a zinced steel tube made from ST 37-2 (EN10305-3). At diameter > 30 mm the carrying rollers are crimped. The axle of this roller type are made from bright drawn steel ST 37 K. The carrying rollers with diamter 20 mm have plastic bearing covers with steel balls in a single ball race. The carrying rollers with a bigger diameter have zinced sheet steel bearing covers with steel balls in a single ball race.

Steel Carrying Rollers "TSL...AG"

Steel carrying rollers in a light version with external thread. Carrying rollers with a diameter of 30 mm and bigger are crimped on both sides. These carrying rollers have a zinced thread axle with two thin nuts. We use plastic bearing covers with steel balls in a ball race for the carrying rollers with diameter 20 mm, for carrying rollers with diameter 30 mm and bigger zinced sheet steel bearing covers with one row if steel balls are used.

Steel Carrying Rollers "TSL...IG"

Steel carrying roller in a light version with internal thread, made from electrogalvanized steel tube ST 37-2 (EN 10305-3). These rollers are crimped on both sides. Steel carrying rollers in a medium version, made vrom electrogalvanized steel tube ST 37-2 (EN10305-3). At diamter 30 mm and bigger the carrying rollers are crimped on both sides. The steel carrying rollers of this type are available either with a zinced tread axle including two thin nuts or with a bright drawn steel axle, made from ST 37 K with internal thread. The rollers with diamter 50 mm and 60 mm have plastic bearing covers with special ball bearings RL-30 with a single labyrinth sealing, the rollers with diameter 63 mm and 80 mm are produced with deep groove ball bearings 6204 and double labyrinth sealing. The steel carrying rollers "TSM" with diameter 50 mm are also available as stainless steel version ("TSMN50...").
