Rubber wheels and castors with rubber wheels from Schwalb are developped for all kinds of applications. They come into operation in trade and industry businesses e.g. assembled on machines or transport equipment. Solid rubber wheels and castors can be found also in innumberable everyday objects. Solid Rubber Wheels „VBR“ and „VBK“

• rim made from sheet steel, zinced, either with roller bearing or ball bearing
• provided with standard solid rubber tyres
• also available as electroconductive wheels
• on demand also available with blue-grey tyre (leaves no marks on the floor)

Solid Rubber Wheels „VKR“ „VKG“

• rim made from plastic, optionally with plain bore or roller bearings
• provided with standard solid rubber tyres
• on demand also available with blue-gray gyre (leaves no marks on the floor)

Solid Rubber Wheels „VBR…RD“

• sheet steel rim, zinced, with roller bearing or ball bearing
• provided with semi-elastic solid rubber tyre

Thermoplastic Rubber Wheels „TLK“

• Rim made from polyamide, with deep groove ball bearings and plastic thread guards
• Tyre made from thermoplastic rubber, grey, non-marking, inextricably connected with the rim

Depending on type the rubber wheels and castors with rubber wheels have a load capacity of 50 to 450 kg.

Our rubber wheels are also built in fixed housings, swivel housings and swivel housings with break. Usually there is no difference in the load capacity between swivel castors and fixed castors, merely the swivel castors with bolt hole or pin the load capacity is reduced.

The housings of the swivel castors and fixed castos consist of glossy galvanised sheet steel, have a swivel bearing with a double ball cage, the wheels' axles are screwed together.

Fixed castors are available with mounting plate, swivel rollers can be delivered:

• with expander fastening
